I found that very weird too, first I thought I was seeing things, but he indeed runs extremely awkward.

If they'd done the whole regeneration/stasis chamber thing, they could have gone full moustache, beard and long hair. like that episode of JL where he goes to the future and meets Vandal Savage. Have the final battle be him in his black suit, and then at the very end of the movie, show Cavill shaved and wearing his blue suit.One thing I thought was funny though, was that like his suit, WB literally brightened Snyder's work to try to make the movie better, as the fight scene with the League v Clark was originally supposed to be a night time scene, and was shot as such.
I don't know if it was the theater, but the movie was too dark when it came to lighting.
Reason I say that this, was because I saw a cam record and it looked far lighter.
