Lol. There is only so many good actors to choose from. Their bound to work for both companies. Sony/Marvel wanted Michael Keaton, but it didn't happen.

Guess what - history has shown it doesn't work the other way. In a previous post I listed actors who did a DC film project that was poorly regarded, then did a Marvel one that was acclaimed and successful.

Seems to have worked with Ben Affleck, who most agree was the best part of Batman V Superman.

No, Wonder Woman was the most liked part of Batman v. Superman, in the minds of most critics and fans. Affleck was fine as Bats and Bruce, yes, but she stole the show.

It's incredible to say this, but Ben Affleck's Daredevil didn't get panned as badly as BVS. That's saying a lot.

Have to completely disagree. Both characters were praised. But Ben's performance much much more so than Gal's who was hardly in it and I think was a horrible choice anyway.

I agree that WW was the best part about this movie. Ben Affleck wasn't great or bad but just kind of an average Batman to me. Nothing he did stood out or was exceptional and that's what I want from these actors.

👆

Ben was the most praised, acting wise.

Bale was better.

I liked Bale a lot But Affleck nailed the apathetic and cynical Bruce Wayne/ Batman. Ad fleck had a greater screen presence.

As far as the JL movie I almost feel like I could miss the next one because it's obviously going to one giant origin story unless they bring superman back and his character is the main focus. I don't know, I know we have at least four to five more DC movies before we get to darksied and the JL being established. I'll see all the movies but after BvS I don't care too much, outside of a batman movie directed by affleck

-Seth Grahame-Smith Departs THE FLASH Movie Due To "Creative Differences" With Warner Bros.

-AQUAMAN Director James Wan May Be Next In Line To Depart The DC Films Universe

Wouldn't be surprised if those two had good idea's for the two movies they were doing.

^ Same.
And that they didn't want to sell their dignity by complying with the lackluster direction WB wanted them to take on the films, so they left.

George Miller directing 'Green Lantern Corps'?

That would be awesome.

I hope every one will also walk off the proposed Lobo Movie Project, but I know I aint that lucky.

Miller is a good choice.
But he does have the habit of taking his time with production until he's happy with the end result...which is a good thing.

So will WB pander to his "eccentricities" or will he cave in to WB's interferences & deadlines is the ultimate unknown.

True, plus he has a few years until release date.

Is Wan leaving a big deal? After doing some research I found most of his movies are rotten according to Rotten Tomatoes.

See, juggs, that's the thing. Even bad directors don't want to have anything to do with DC/WB anymore 😉

I thought Furious 7 was shit.
