If we say that more characters can use the AK, where do you stop? May as well assume that tons of others can use it, or assume that every wizard at or above Goyles level can use it, like every adult.
How will it? In the BZ you wont be debating against the Triforce or dropping Twilight, Xan wont be able to throw these points your way, so no explanation you give for these will give anything away as this topic will not be brought up.
