Van Zan wins, he clearly isn't the suicidal idiot he's being viciously downplayed as, and Robtard, Sadako, and Focus4Chumps have proven themselves to be immature trolls full of butthurt spite and a staggering lack of reasoning or logical functioning. This is thread is pitiful, and even Quan, the person this thread targets, has never stooped to such reprehensible depths. The 3 of you should be ashamed of yourselves for shaming the debaters of this board in such a way.

Edit: I should have said 4, as Silent Master is included

Van Zan tips the woodchipper over and goes home /thread. The words of butthurt trollbois like Rob, Saddie, Focus, and SM are irrelevant to the objective conclusion.

What's to stop him from turning the woodchipper off? He won't resort to suicide as a first resort, as proven by the explosive arrow, so what's to stop him from walking over to the woodchipper and pressing the off switch? Do you have onscreen feats of Van Zan being illiterate?

fine he focuses his all his attention on the woodchipper. He turns it off. Prove he doesn't. Prove he resorts to suicide as a first resort. Bring these screen captures of him resorting to suicide as a first resort at any instance, including the end where he attempted the arrow first. And if you're going to say he won't turn off the woodchipper, prove he is too stupid to read "on" and "off". Otherwise, choke on the words I shoved down your your esophagus 🙂

What was stopping him from waiting until twilight and taking on the dragons at their weakest and not going in at the dead of night when they were at the peak thereby making his chance of success effectively zero? Answer: His idiocy, selfishness, rage and suicidal tendencies.

Do you have a screen feat of Van Zan acting rational at all?

Cos his record of acting irrational is extensive:

-He rolls up to a castle of refugees and bullies his way in with threats.
-He forces men to join his army.
-Tries killing someone who disagrees with him.
-Uses people as bait to kill a female dragon, which he then states is overall worthless to his cause.
-Belittles a group of people because they celebrate the first bit of good news they've had in decades, people he's trying to use.
-Doesn't listen to the one sensible guy.
-Leads men to their deaths.
-Takes the path that has absolute ZERO chance of survival.

Edit: No idea why I got the sunglasses emote above. Ignore it.

no way would van zan settle for such a punk move.

he'd take on the woodchipper to the face like a badass..

[...]Roger "Verbal" Kint/Keyser Soze, a confirmed badass with no combat feats whatsoever? "Badass" isn't just being able to fight like a demigod.

is that to be your baseless arbitrary definition of "badass" for the hour?

"Keyser Soze"?

So Keyser Soze isn't a badass? 😆 You fail movies forever

are you really this stupid?

quan isn't likely to have a problem low-balling an aspect of his favorite character, if it helps his overall argument.
Ignoring the context of the scene which I don't. Zan wins.

Now who's trying to ignore context of the entire movie/character and make it all about one scene in a gimp like fashion? That would be you; trying to ignore all the blood, sweat and delicious tears that were spilled in here.

Yes, I've said that many times. Via jumping into the Wood-chipper with extreme skill and authority.

Youre ignoring the entire movie, the temperament of the character, and the context of the scene with the dragon.

Zan wins.

As the term relates to action movie heroes, no.

More lies. Van Zan's temperament is in a word: irrational. As proven time and time again. Keep ignoring the film and do keep ignoring screen feats; you're well known for this.

He does via screen feats. He successfully jumps into the Wood-chipper.

I remember this one time I farted and more than a fart came out.....

No, it Wasnt. He was pinned in and tried killing, hurting the dragon.

Completely different than against a wood chipper.

All this "Van Zan had no choice" nonsense has been busted time and time again, you simply ignore it.

This a Vs match; the Wood-chipper is his sworn enemy here. Keep ignoring that too.

In the context of the scene he felt it gave Quinn the best chance. Keep ignoring the circumstances and trolling. I am fine with it.

by minimizing the time he took to get eaten?
essentially buying time for the dragon?

do more backflips.

He was attacking the dragon. If he just wanted to be eaten he wouldn't have jumped with a weapon.

You're trolling.

i saw him jump at a dragon...and not even start to swing an axe.

it totally looked badass!

but yeah. it was suicide. 🙂

No, it Wasnt. Attacking an opponent is heroic not suicide. Butthurt.

it was suicide by dragon.

piss tears about it

No, it Wasnt. If an enemy kills you while you try to kill him it isn't suicide. You have no honor.
