His sand is useless, it can't hurt her, it can't get into the Fused Shadows, she can TK it away with ease and one spear ends this fight and leaves a massive crater where Emotep used to be.

Yes, she can, she hits him with a castle buster or disintegrates him. He dies. Voldemort cannot actually kill Emotep, ironically enough.
