Pretty cool photo of the cast and apparently there is going to be some sort of sneak peak duing Legion on Fox, if you're so inclined to tune into that show, which I'm not particularly...

I really like that Fassbender's voice is different with this android than it is as David. Even his expressions seem a bit different.
lol @ that John Hurt fakeout too.

Is it a trailer or a scene?
It's a scene...like a parody or a wink to the dinner scene in Alien.
The scene's just the crew interacting with each other. But it seriously gives the impression that the pace of the movie is a slow reveal to what we (the viewer/the fan) already knows what the outcome will be...
McBribe's character seems to dominate this 4 min clip...I just hope he's not an important factor to the story.

Exactly as it says, A prologue.
If it's not in the actual movie it's a prologue, but it looks like a scene from the film to me. I watched it. Had my wife check it out first. I like it.

Yeah, it's a nice tip of the hat to the dinner scene in Alien. Nostalgia. And yeah, we know what's going to happen, but the characters do seem a little looser, more real compared to the disposable, wooden characters in Prometheus. Could work nicely.
Of course this chick has to b!tch about everything in it...

More nods to old movies an nostalgia references... Is this the high of movies these days?
And then: James Franco... I was in shock... 😉
Maybe. Which is kind of strange. Why are people so happy to see stuff they've already seen? Obviously people are content with variations of what they know. Well... then that's all you get: more of the same.
Is it so strange to ask for something new? Something fresh? Something.. original? Something provocative?
Or do we have to consider big movies just like McDonald's food: always the same, everywhere the same, forever the same, and utterly tasteless.
