Key word: ENOUGH FORCE to blow away the Solar System. Can he do it? NO. He had enough Ki/Force to do so but cannot make the blast radius.

Got a source for this guide? Because it would be awesome to see and would put the DBZ naysayers on their backfoot.

I have a link:

That's the translation.

Still not sure if that's an official release, though.

This short note on the Super Saiyan 2 form is from a publication dedicated to adapting the DBZ movies into comic form, in this case The History of Trunks comic.

Nothing from those magazines should be taken into consideration when discussing the manga version of the characters.

Looks like it scales, here, as well. King Piccolo says he could destroy the world. Roshi could destroy the moon. Seems to scale properly, imo.

My friend, not even the eternal dragon could grant such an absurd wish.

😛

That was one of my complaints from the get-go. The battle would have been much more enjoyable had they stuck with traditional animation... The cheesy/needless CG cheapened the battle greatly.

If I had to guess, I'd say Whis is the God of Creation. That would make the most sense, given his apparent role as the one who "looks after" Bills, etc.

I don't belive he is a god, he is just his master or the man who trained bills he trains all gods of distruction

I luv Spanish yamcha haha, and bills is the god of distruction he can destroy anything he wants to

I watched the Original Japanese w/English Subs in 1080p
The cinematography and HD quality was amazing. My best friend suprised me with the movie as he knew I had been wanting to see it..

My Official Review:

I saw it, I laughed and cried and saw the true Power of Goku God Mode.

Goku's summary of his career as a Z warrior ends and begins a whole new chapter of his life. As he saved the earth and stayed pure hearted till the end becoming a Super Saijen God.

For me this was on epic proportions to see Goku as a God in the DBZ Universe. Its truly what I have always wanted for him and he did it. After his friends helped Goku become God at first, then while learned how to match the power after losing God mode, then he learns how to find the power within himself to change on his own to defend the earth one more time.

This is a new Universe for Goku and DBZ.

This is a must see for all DBZ fans and people new to DBZ who want to learn about it.

Thank you so much for making this movie.

I just noticed something. The first punch Goku threw on Bills was so powerful that not only did it break the ground apart, the clouds above them completely vanished.

Goku as a God was unlike anything I have ever seen before. He not only went head to head with the God of Destruction that took him out in one poke while in SS3, he has surpassed every limit ever before beyond SS4 Fusion.

Im so happy that Akira made Goku a God after all he has done, he deserved to be a God.

The fight was so amazing and not one building destroyed in earth, in fact they were so beyond crashing into buildings they avoided them entirely

I found it completely underwhelming. *shrug*

Only seen the major fight, was expecting more. Unless the rest of the film adds more 'whelm' thats going to be my final opinion.

The movie was terrible imo...they could have done a lot more. The fight wasn't what I expected either...they knocked down mountains like always. Nothing new tbh. The graphics was nice and Super Saiyan 3 looked amazing. Like always, Akira left everything in the shadows. I agree, its good seeing Goku as a God but he should have became that under his own power imo.

The CGI was a little overused but I did like the battle animations. Having said that the movie was a huge letdown. If it weren't for Vegeta's awesome moment this movie would be complete crap.

Man I wish you could feel how I do about it🙂

I agree seeing Vegeta pass Goku for once was amazing, I mean he did it!!!!! Not only did he do it, he did it as SS1 and Goku was SS3 and could not touch Bill one time in S3..

Hell Im going to watch the whole movie again right now, fck it.

I just watched it and I agree. I think Tori just wanted to put something out to gauge the reception before he starts making more movies or even another TV series. The graphics were awesome tho. I wish they would've explained what level saiyan Vegeta was at when he surpassed SS3 Goku.

Also if they do continue with another series I hope they develop the characters some more and let them become powerful enough to matter. I really want Gohan & Piccolo to become relevant again.

Forget Gohan. He is always been like the most powerful, but I do kind of get what you mean. Goku and Vegeta do tend to be the heroes when all is said and done. Would be cool to see everyone put/have something to give in the final battle.

Kindda like FMA:Brotherhood's final battle. It was everyone's combined efforts what put Father down. It also made it so epic and even feel like the final boss in an RPG>

Yeah, Gohan's a hack with the whole hidden potential thing. Don't want him taking up the spotlight again anymore than Goku. Piccolo I don't mind becoming relevant again though.

But other than that, what Zack said.

It really just made me more interested in what's to come. I want to see more fights with multiple villains (ala ginyu force) instead of just one really powerful guy. Gives more characters opportunities to shine rather than get treated like complete feebs for the hundredth time. A small part of me also wants Akira to take some cues from Dragonball absolon for the characters moving forward 😇
