Mind you entropy didn't kill him, but it was a "defeat" so to say. Also brings questions of the writer actually reading the Brainiac Arc.
DD took 5 shots from the duo. Which is still good for them.

Entropy killed him in H/P but the events of zero hour made sure that everything repeated itself and brainiac rescued doomsday just before he was killed by entropy again.
