I got told that characters will operate at averages from mods a while ago. That's why I don't argue the Superman being more than a million times stronger than Thor anymore. I even caught you with the classic fallacy of using a character's highest feat to gauge another character. That's like saying Colossus can destroy planets since he went toe to toe with Gladiator.
This is bias and you don't see it. Everyone knows I'm a Superman and speed fan. Why do I champion WBH? Because I understand the magnitude of his feat. I didn't at first and used to argue against Naija and others passionately against WBH. Now I see the light of the feat. I'm a physics person and it takes one to fully understand what type of crazy ass feat that was.

But most fans here (Thanos, CA, Thor, Hulk, etc.) wank Odin on levels he is not.
IMO, Odin on average has skyfather level power output, high herald level durability against blunt force (on average of course), skyfather level durability against blasts and energy, and high herald level strength.
Do I believe an average Odin can no sell a vicious hit from Superman or mighty slam from Thor? Hell no! He would get rocked. But that doesn't mean he won't win.

the other thing is this: even in that era, i'm pretty sure superman was viewed as THE man in dc. no one replaced him as the pre-eminent dc herald over that span, so supes was STILL considered above all his dc contemporaries, which is saying something, imo.
oh, and WAS it you who came up with that list of feats performed by that version of superman? swore it was you. maybe abhi if not.....? anyway, it was a pretty impressive list regardless of who put it together. wish i could find it somewhere....

It was me, and I could probably post some scans, but it should be common knowledge that even that Superman was above conventional heralds and cream of the crop.
