Quan, the quote pretty much speaks for itself. He says IM was boosted to 475% in power, meaning he's saying IM's aggregate power level was 475% after it was boosted by Thor. There's absolutely no other way to interpret that sentence, and he most certainly did not mistake a 475% boost for a 400% boost, which you are trying to claim he did.
He didn't say "IM was boosted by 475%". If he had said that, you'd have a case. But he specifically said "To 475%". Like I said, there's no other way to interpret that unless you aren't fluent in English.
