No, you said he got a 475% amp and ran after the clip you posted proved I was right. Lol.
Once again I've caught you in a lie

Actually, Iron-man was boosted to 475% power during the Thor fight.

Oh freaking hell. Who cares whether it was 400% or 475%??? Fact is IM needed about 4x his normal power to compete with Thor. Loki needed no amp. End of story.
Thor was taking it to IM, flying around, smashing each other into a cliff, trees, using lightning, headbutting each other etc.
When Thor fights Loki, all he does is use his hammer as a melee weapon, having a little play sword fight. They fight like this in both films.
I'd like to see Thor throw his hammer into Loki's face, we'll see if its still pretty after.

Has it occured to you that maybe the reason they fight like this is because they are both highly skilled fighters? IM gets smashed by the hammer because he cant dodge it. His armor gets crushed because his punches are caught by Thor. IM needs to resort to tackling Thor, tripping him up and using his thrusters to deliver flying kicks because all his normal punches are easily dodged by thor.
Loki on the other hand is skilled enough to actually block Thor's hits. He blocks Thor's fists and mjolnir. Basically, Thor needs to fight a more technical fight with Loki since loki is a skilled fighter. Thor brawls with IM because he can afgord to brawl with an unskilled fighter.

Thor can't blast Loki?
Thor can't hammer smash the ground when fighting Loki?
Thor can't use the whirlwind move on Loki?
... Because: Loki's mad skillz!
No, because play sword fighting is all Loki can handle.
Why would thor throw his hammer at loki if they're fighting at close quartes?
Thor did blast loki on the bifrost.
You want Thor to do a hammer smash on the bifrost or when they're on the ledge of a bldg???
The whirlwind takes time to do... pretty hard to make when someone is hitting you.
IM shot Thor only once before he got the power up. His POWER levels were then multiplied by 4.

And the extra power doesn't make Iron Man physically stronger.
It should make him 4-5 times stronger. His strength is powered up by the arc reactor. Thor's charge multiplied that power.

He also punched him IIRC. Not to mention he took a hit from Thor's hammer. So there was a fight before the charge. But the fact that IM couldn't beat him with an amp of several times, makes it clear he would have got his ass kicked without the amp.
But then so would Loki if Thor went for him properly.

You don't know that it makes him physically stronger. He would be weaker at less than 100%. But anything else is a guess. There is a mechanical limit on his suit, the gears, the material.

Why take it close quarters when you don't have to? Because that's the only fight they could depict between Thor and Loki.
Building, Yes. Why, Thor can't get survive?
Destroyer's blast shit all over Loki's, and Loki was pretty much in control of it. He could do it if he wanted to.
Thor also used none of the moves he used at the start of Thor, taking out the Frost Giants with ease.

Yea, but I'm saying power charge =/= physical strength.
1. IM tackles Thor, takes him by surprise.
2. Thor throws his hammer at IM, no visible damage.
3. IM blasts Thor, knocks him hard against a tree.
4. IM blitz him, and kicks him through it, Thor drops his hammer.
5. Thor then summons lightning, hits IM with it.
6. IM gives Thor a good blast.
7. They take off into the air, brawling.
8. IM blasts him once more, and its a melee for the rest of the fight.

Well that's a fair point, that the suit will have a limit to which it can operate at. Clearly the Hulk Buster armour would have a much greater strength limit than the Mark II.
