No, he isn't. He became immortal due to the Horcruxes. Sauron's body dies as well. Voldemort was not truly killed either and actually achieved a body again unlike fail boy Sauron.

How have I conceded? You never showed how AK could kill Sauron. I simply commented on your bibliophobia and shocking ignorance in terms of proper canon. Voldemort can fly, teleport, create fifty foot fire snakes, move his wand and cut things, shoot giant fireballs, emit powerful energy blasts, emit dark matter energy, use tk use the Crucio spell whereas Sauron can walk use tk and swing his mace.

In Desolation Sauron doesn't have a body. This is body Sauron vs. body Voldemort.
