IIRC, Morgan Le Fay used Scarlet Witch to tap into the Norn Stones which she used into the Twilight Sword to power the spell (Warped the Earth into her preferred version). Ares also used it to banish Ymir who was warping reality to his or some shit.

That last scan answered my question about Surtur's form and energy etc., which I asked a few pages ago. Excellent finding, and I must LOL that this continued for so long..................

Unless I'm mistaken, he (Runner) isn't limited to JUST using his sword. He still has his other powers to fall back on.

If Mjolnir strikes and Loki's blast registered on Surtur, then for sure Runner is gonna make him feel pain.

He for sure stops at Surtur with Twilight though (since Time/Space manip was confirmed).
