I enjoy the characters on Rebels quite a bit. Came in expecting to like Kanan the most, and that's still pretty true. But Zeb is up there and Hera/Sabine are pretty great. I like how Star Wars it feels. The score is really terrific, and it feels dangerous, you know? Like, I couldn't ever expect to fear for the characters on Clone Wars, considering we see so many of them in RotS and beyond.
But Rebels feels like they could kill the cast..
I thought that wouldn't be the case, but the first episode has Kanan blasting a stormtrooper square in the chest and that surprisingly shocked me.

Also there can't be any Jedi (or ex-Jedi) with the Rebellion at the time of ANH.Unless Disney plan to carry on her story after Rebels but before ANH in some other format? But I doubt it.
Originally posted by Fated XtasyI think Vader killing her is boring and predictable, TBH. I mean, all of what Ahsoka's been through just to get killed by Vader? We all know he's a monster, and Ahsoka's character shouldn't just be based all around Anakin/Vader and how bad of a person he's become, IMO.
Because there's no possible way she can survive the great and mightyfanboysVader. But jokes aside, it would help develop Vader as the monster they all think he is. Meh
@DT & Beni: There's probably ways that they could maneuver around that I think.
I think there could be Jedi around post ANH, I'm sure Yoda don't really know how many Jedi are around despite his comment to Luke in ROTJ. In ROTS Yoda and Kenobi didn't know if any Jedi survived Order 66 but they sent out the warning message regardless to make sure. Palpatine didn't know if any Jedi were alive either, in an episode of Rebels he seemed to think Kenobi was already dead.

There's also Quinlan Vos to 'tidy up'... Unless he's simply written off as having died during Order 666... In which case that would be a horrendous waste of a character they've built upon so much in this new canon. /shrugx2
