I think I can help your case, here. Mace Windu is THE best swordsman in the Order. He was the only Jedi that could best Darth Sidious in a fight. THE ONLY JEDI in the order. He is the top, the best.

I disagree: Vader can block his way out of the phaser fire but not the big blaster. He can easily dodge the large gun while he closes the gap to decap Khan.

I don't know if this has been addressed yet but I did want to mention something about Khan transporting the torpedos unto his ship. Remember the Torpedos had internal shielding so no one, not even Scotty, could scan their internal components without taking them apart first.
So Khan beaming them on board and not knowing that the bodies had been removed isn't really bad for Khan cause he couldn't have known the bodies had been removed.
Anakin still beats him though, the force is a powerful ally and gives Jedi Superhuman abilities beyond Khan. Mix that in with a lightsaber and boom dead Khan every time.

I don't think so. Vader has never done with against someone as skilled as Khan. I also see his overconfidence being an issue too.
