I guess we were just trying to defend the ruling because Quan still seemed to think his word was above everyone else's. you're right, the ruling was final and that should have been that. It's been ruled, it's legal, it's law, we all know it, and we are done. It is canon.

His new angle is that George Lucas' words don't matter anymore, despite previously trying to use a lie that George Lucas said the 2008 film wasn't canon somewhere.
This is on top of citing wookieepedia, which says George Lucas' statements are canon.

Vader wins simply because Khan has no way to contend with Vader's speed, precog, and lightsaber. I won't go down the path and claim Vader's saber can block that big gun: I don't believe it does. But I do think Vader is more than fast enough to move clear due to both his speed and battle precog. Vader quickly closes the gap between Khan, dodging his gun firing and blocking the small stuff, and chops up Khan once he gets close enough.
If it goes H2H, I think Khan wins. I think I have been as objective as possible about this discussion.
So convince me that Vader's speed and precog is not enough to contend with Khan (without using low-end speed and precog feats from Vader). If you can do that, then I will support your position.
