I also think its worth noting that khan won battles against people significantly weaker then himself. He lost against Spock in his first fair fight (very inferior to his original). Anakin beat a few manga guards and Khan has not shown feats out doing even that.

1. Jango had a flight pack to keep his distance from Kenobi until he got disarmed. Khan does not.

3. Kenobi had to take Jango alive. Anakin will MURDER Khan.

We see distance created with Jango and Obi without him jumping up to close the gap. Same thing would happen here based off of evidence and the movies, sport.
Two superior weapons than Jango.
Khan has more impressive showings than Jango. He took out a squadron of Klingons all engaging him at once unlike Obi who struggled against Jango despite having all his Jedi powers.
