Khan could not dodge beams.

Data could.

Khan was hurt by Spock, Data can't be hurt by an organic like Spock, or a Clingon, or Khan.

We now know that Data is faster and more durable.

Pragmatism in a movie fight scene is choreographed, and has no bearing here.

Khan beat Spock after he disarmed him. Khan is more skilled than Data and Data could never take out the Klingons in the same manner.

Khans blood can also resurrect people. Data cannot.

We showed that data has hearing that would pick up Khan coming easily from a considerable distance. You claimed he was a physical match for data. We showed data taking a headbutt from a Klingon captain with zero damage. We showed data holding back a car with 1 hand.

Khan wouldn't sneak up on him and considering this is a one on one fight try and be serious.

Khan has superior combat feats while Data allows his opponents to attack him.

Khan wins.

Data wins with ease. khan can't hurt android metal and data is far stronger.

khan is not as strong so he dies.

Data destroys Khan. He's bulletproof, phaser-proof, and superhumanly fast (when he built the puzzle for the kid) and strong. Khan has no chance.
