Data vs. Khan

Started by Nietzschean32 pages

Irrc Will Ryker has the strength to hold back Data in the Turbo lift.

Will Ryker also is the fifth best H2H combatant in Star Trek.

Data, Kirk, Picard, Worf, then Ryker.

Ryker can contend with and routinely beat up decent Klingons.

When in Rome!!! I knew the spelling looked kind of off but I followed his spelling like a dumb sheeple.

Also, Riker is below Picard because Picard has the best punching feat out of any human in the show. During the second season, these aliens kind of took over the Enterprise. They had personal cloaking shields and they ran some sort of scan that decloaked the aliens. As soon as one of the aliens became visible, Picard punched the mother****er so hard he flew across the bridge about 7-10 feet. It was the single best punch in all of Star Trek, haha.

I forget the name and episode number. 🙁 I had it typed down but lost it.

In that same list I am lamenting the loss of, I had every single episode and exact time where Worf said something amazingly hilarious. This is what geeks do.

it was that episode when Data starts to have weird dreams. he tried to stab Diana Troi and William Ryker was with her and was holding his arm back.

😂 that punch is basically Picard's only fighting feat. Well, except for the "in his young body" fight with the Nausicaans. I know the one you're talking about, and it's in season 3. The aliens with the inter-dimensional tranporters. "The High Ground" I think it was called.

I used to have a list of Worf quotes from DS9 saved somewhere. Man, that dude had awesome delivery.

Maaaaan, I sure hope that's the episode.

Also, Picard has lots of H2H feats. Tons. He is a badass mofo.

Now I don't feel so bad.

I suppose the fight with Soran counts too.

He also fought a bunch of Klingons alongside Worf, defeated Guy of Ginsborne in Q's Sherwood Forest simulation, and held his own against Shinzon, who was basically him but younger and stronger.

If I was to rank the captains in terms of fighting ability, I'd put Kirk on top, followed closely by Sisko, then a tie between Archer and Picard, and Janeway at the bottom.

I had genuinely forgotten about the Klingons and Gisborne stuff, but Shinzon? I dunno, that seemed a bit hammy to me.

Yeah, agreed at that ranking.
