The strength necessary to pick up those hundreds of pounds(if not at least a ton) is monstrous. I don't need to show you, it's common sense that if someone that strong hits someone without durability near, equal, or greater than the amount of force he can generate, Khan will more than likely die from the hit.
And Lol at comparing Gladiator and Hulk to Khan and Data. When Khan was clearly getting hurt by Spock's 3x strength and having his head moved by Kirk's less than max human strength.
Kirk would have broken his hand hitting Data that hard, and Spock/Khan would be hurt trying as well.
