I'm betting whatever the Ultimate evil is coming in Trinity War will also be up there. Supposedly Pandora merged WS, Vertigo, and DCU together to stop it. So, it has to be a uber threat for that to happen.
And Grant Morrison's Multiversity will have a threat that is "bringing down the structure of the Multiverse. " And "so too will that meta-structure return for "Multiversity" in order to highlight what Morrison calls “the most terrifying threat anyone’s ever created in a comic. I don’t do hyperbole,” he laughs,"
Grant Morrison seems to always have uber threats in his stories.
