I think Faora may take this. I did not get the impression she was stronger nor more durable than Avengers Hulk (certainly not substantially), and perhaps not even up to his measure. But they're in the same ballpark, and she has a huge speed advantage (though Hulk did grab Loki pretty damn quick).
If Hulk can grab and hold onto her, then pound away (yeah I said it), I'd give him the win. But I really don't see that happening. Faora also seemed to be quite the skilled fighter.
If there was a second fight though, I think Hulk would know what he has to do to win.

Okay you keep saying that Hulk is stronger but what feats compell you to say so. Sure Faora didn't take out a giant monster thing "which Iron Man killed"(see I can lowball feats too) but smacking an invulnerable alien through several buildings and taking grenade launchers to the face shows that she can take whatever Hulk dishes out.
Oh and did I mention she can lunge after fighter jets while they're moving? Hulk can do that too but only when the jet is stationary.

I think quan is intentionally ignoring the whole sensory overload thing even though Faora was manhandeling a dude who could slam though the side of mountains and crash from planetary orbit and get up w/o a problem.
Also how is Hulk supposed to tag her in ther first place cause the answer to this question will provide new perspective on HUlk getting owned by a gang of fodder or why he wasn't downing multiple ships like Thor.
