Three things stand out in my recent memory:

Mary Jane comforting Peter Parker after Gwen Stacy's death even though he callously lashes out at her in grief. Hope they do that scene justice in Amazing Spider-Man sequels.

The duel between the deaf Sasaki Kojiro and Koun, a skilled Tokugawa refugee swordsman. Where Kojiro was pushed to such limits he discovered his famous "swallow cut" sword technique spontaneously during the fight. And when he realized that Koun was the first true friend he had ever made who rivaled him in, and shared his love for, sword technique, it was too late because he had killed Koun to win the duel.
