In a straight up fight, Bats gadgets and Slades intellect coupled with both of their brutal fighting techniques take it. Given prep time and understanding of their opponents they take it even more.

Cap's shield nullifies most of Batman's gadgets. He's also got the clear edge on stats. And really, it's not like Cap hasn't fought brutal and ruthless enemies before. Considering the fact that Steve is likely the greatest leader and tactician alike in the Marvel Universe, I don't think he's out of his element when it comes to prepping to fight someone, unless of course, we're giving Slade/Bats one sided prep time.

i realllllly hate captain America and everything about him. Why is he the leader of the avengers? Everyone on the team could kick his ass! i respect that he fights for Murca But everything else....BAH HUMBUG.

oh and batman is Superior to rogers in everyway

because of his story and the way that he carries himself as a hero with no powers. also everyone could kick his ass? have you read the dark knight returns? Superman the most powerful Dc hero and he lost to batman. Granted he had a robotic suit but he lost to batman! he gets straight to the point and whips ass. oh and also Batman is not the leader of the Whole team like cap is. Cap is the leader and both hulk and thor are on the avengers. WTF?

I think you missed my point, you listed those as reasons for hating Cap, but Batman is in the exact same boat, therefore you should also hate Batman.
