lol again Shang didn't even know who Wolverine was, and this was feral Wolverine. Plus Shang had just fought a gang of Ninjas with high tech weapons.

Shang has since defeated Wolverine using the environment and Logan even went to Shang to re-train him in martial arts.
So has Batman gone to Shiva for training and she defeated him straight up.
The most important thing though is that Wolverine would beat Shiva, so that has no bearing on this match.

Batman has stalemated Wonder Woman in a fight. So lets put wonder woman here too.

Spider-Man in 70s and 80s had a very poor record against MAs. Shang stalemated him and then Daredevil outright defeated him when he wasn't holding back and totally angry. Don't even let start on Fancy Dan.
So yes, beating Batman is better in that context.

lol now they are "exact replicas" like that makes a different. These featless "exact replicas" who didn't show any kind of ability to use chi or any fighting skill suppose to equal the real deal. lol And its on you to prove that these "replicas" are equal to Shang in any way.

Now this is an excuse. Even though in the actual on panel fights it would make zero sense for her to lose on purpose. By the way if she was being mind controlled then she wouldn't have been able to let anything. 😂 at you mentioning context. Plus Shang has other fight feats like easily defeating Crossbones, easily 1-shotting Falcon, beating down Paladin who had just taken down Cap America, stalemating Iron Fist, even a mind controlled Shang was getting the upper hand on Danny recently as oppose to getting 1-shotted. Even in his defeat by Gorgon, Shang showed the ability to amp himself in mid battle quickly and take a great amount of punishment.
And by the way my stance from the beginning has been that either could defeat the other. My issue is with those who think this is a stomp on either side. There has been zero evidence to show that this would be a stomp when both characters entire history is look at. A character beating Batman doesn't mean that said character is thereby unbeatable, that horrible debating. Shiva has lost to less than Batman as well and stalemated by less.
I'd like to point out something that, from what I've noticed, everybody has missed in general.
Shiva beat Batman by targeting the shoulder/hand he was already hurt at from a previous issue. In fact, it was specifically shown that Shiva was observing Batman from the shadows when he was hit, and she takes him down by targeting that specific arm.
I don't have the scans since I'm not at home, but I'm sure one of you does. It takes place 1-2 issues before their fight on the roof.
