This is it dough! The one's I mention are auto passive abilities, in that this bodies are in this state which requires no mastering or learning. Anyhow ill browse back maybe I missed somethin.

If it requires no learning mastery, it will be up to you to show that. All of a body's inherent powers are theoretically available, but it will be the judges that ultimately decide how likely it is.

Moonstone was drafted as Mind in the last "Mind-Body-Powers" tourney ((in)famous Bigfoot the Dominator). How are the things different here, if different at all?

Implants go under "gifted" in my head, so they fall into the "power" category.

If it's a purely physical implant, then it should be body yeah?

There are some borderline cases though. While Hawksmoor would definitely go under power, I'd like to hear what people think about Midnighter's abilities.

Someone draft's Northstar(just an example.) We know he is capable of traveling beyond mach 10, but overall he is considered a meta-class character. So for the purposes of this tourney he should be draftable, but his speed would be capped at mach 10, as opposed to near-light.

Hawksmoor is NOT high meta. When the hell did he come up? In the right setting, he's easily low herald and pushing mid.

MNer is certainly under the cap, and probably entirely mind... At least with his calculative abilities, which is the only reason he should be drafted in this tourney.

Actually, scratch that, I can guess how Hawksmoor came up...

Charlotte, you and I made Jack's respect thread together. We both know what he's capable of. Don't bother. I'm quite sure he could solo half the amalgams that will be built in this tourney, if he's in a decent-sized city. If he gets drafted, I'd fight it tooth and nail unless the tourney's battlefield(s) invalidate him, and I doubt it's a fight anyone could win.

If it's not Charlotte, color me surprised. But still, he's not high meta.

This is good, but we need more. Ideally, if we could double this, I think we'd be ok. There's preferably 5 judges in each fight, and to avoid having the same judges all the time, I feel like a dozen is a solid number.

No, it's not me. I briefly considered Jenny Sparks for Powers pick, but then settled down to a list of Marvel choices in this category.
In fact, one of them is borderline "just for lulz" category, with good overall powerset, but will be a kind of hindrance if facing heavy tech-dependent amalgams.
And yes, darling, I know where say Jack and Engineer belong. And I'm not crazy to draft something like that.
Also, I finally want to win with all-female amalgam, something I failed to do in Leo's tourney.

And don't worry, ain't no way in hell Hawksmoor makes it into this Tourney 🙂

I'm amazed at how no one's expressed any interest in drafting Swift, given the treatment her perception was given in Authority v5.

Swift could likely hit the speed cap. But she's a bit bland otherwise. In the right setting, MNer could legitimately be scary. The ability to always choose the optimal course of action is very underrated Imo. Hard to actualize in a tourney setting though, where we control the characters fairly optimally anyway.

Even if someone planned on drafting Swift, they aren't going to hint at their perspective drafts here, otherwise they risk giving away a portion of their strategy.

I want to participate. I looked through the first page to see a draft of characters, but didn't see any. What's High meta and below mean? And were allowed more than 1 power, right?

...Is the below character valid?
