I'm collecting them but they'll stay secret until these two conditions have been met;

- We've sorted the body drafts (Aquaman's still being disputed)

- I've received at least 8 of them 🙂

Well I for one don't have any issues with Aquaman.
The weird thing is in the tier thread he is listed as high meta and low Herald for DCNU. I don't get why, I realize that with the reboot many who never had a clue have become aware of his level of power but from what I've seen his levels so far are below those of before.

I mean seriously his peak strength feat pre Nu52 is around the 300 ton range. He'd tanked small caliber bullets before ( and explosion, energy blasts, and a shite load more)

Here's a link to my Aquaman image folder on another site. Only a VERY few of the images are post reboot and almost all the feats are greater than current.

i'm fine with aquaman. i've read all his 52 series and really don't see him being much above abomination. i think him and abomination would be a good fright tbh, if they only went at it h2h.

I'm kinda with the crowd on Aquaman. Whatever is decided is fine. I see no hypocrisy in banning Power Girl but not him, because we're obviously talking about someone clearly over the line (PG) and someone straddling the line who could be in either category (AQ). Comics and power levels are nothing if not subjective, after all. I trust whatever curry decides.

Nobody's said much about that Shield guy. I assume beatboks drafted him, since he provided the most cogent explanation of his powers. But other than the nostalgic appeal of such an old-timer, do we know anything about him (from someone other than the drafter)?

yeah, shield has me puzzled given the vagueries of his bio. anyway, are we now done the body draft? any idea on a time the power draft will take place?

I don't have a problem with him, I just don't know anything about him. Two different issues.

Curry said he'd make an announcement tomorrow. I actually don't mind the chaotic "Draft NOW gogogo!!" formula, but obviously it's not really in our competitive interests.

And your shield, was being confused with DC Comics Shield.

Are the body and mind picks posted somewhere?

curryman STILL needs a daytime partner. he's a relatively new poster and his timezone is way off from the majority of posters competing. can a judge simply assist the poor man? it would help keep things running smoothly.

i would love to help him but for obvious reasons i cannot, btw
