Just keep an eye on other matches as the tourney unfolds. I don't necessarily think everything PG is saying should be considered either, but the rules were fairly clear on this. And it's not like every New York-based hero has access to both the Baxter Building and Avengers Tower.
There are other, similar, examples, but when in doubt you should at least check with curry on things before you roll them out. It will help you avoid this kind of situation in the future.

than all I have to do is change it an intergang drop in to acquire the reqired tech ( since in his guise as Psychopomp he infiltrated them and their "base" was one of his) and use the knowledge of Doom to biuld an appropriate feedback device in the battle field while PG cant find me. no real biggie. I had assumed however that since Vic has no real base per se that i would not have been limited. also every amalgam is o er the limits when you worm them properly. hell my picks were all low meta and even they are

I think your missing my point. Vic isnt based in any city. over the publications he'd been in he worked in Hub city, star city, Gotham, Chicago, Metropolis as well as international sites. he's faced intergang all over the globe and worked from several of their site's bases plus the base of Psychopomp after taking him down. He's based his operation from government offices and Professor Rodors labs. not to mention he's "walked in both worlds " so another "base" could be the world of the dead. He's got a history of working from the bases of others, so what exactly can be pinned down to being just uis base? Like I said it doesnt matter when he killed psychopomp and assumed his ID he based himself out of Intergangs onw main HQ. Since I can produce dozens of canon examples of Intergang being supplied tech by Darkseid plus Lex Luthor and a few instances when they were shown using other tch like Brainiacs ( not too many of those admittedly) I really dont see much of a problem using Dooms intellect or even just that of my adversary Stark to piece together a device to shut down the whole energy drain attack plan.

If it were my decision I'd tell you to pick one base and stick with it.

Now to get to work on my signature. It's been a while. Despite working with Photoshop a lot at work, there are different skills involved. Fingers crossed that I'm not too rusty.
Having an idea of several amps out there that people are attempting, one could very well hit paydirt and go the distance. My consolation is that, if anyone beats me, they will have had to work insanely hard for it. I'm pleased with my team, even more so than when I drafted them. Looking forward to a good tourney...
