The arena will start and end at the city limits of the chosen city.
There won't be any people in the arena.
You start at opposite ends, as far apart as possible. How far apart that is will depend on the city 🙂
Most people have their writeups ready. I'm basically waiting on a reply from Chipguy (my fault for telling him it would be next week) and Abhi (haven't seen him on today). Sin is well on the way to completing her writeup.
can't really pass along a write up until i know who i'm battling. once the decision is in, i'll send something along. shouldn't matter as there will be other matches going on anyway and there will only be so many judges to work the matches. in fact, will my match against the winner of pg/boks start AFTER this current set of matches?

Outskirts Battledome on Naruto Forum. We had a diverse group, with some serious comic fans that exploited mixed genre tournament. Collected a tourney win there.
Herochat had massive intrest in tournament debstes, like 4 years back. My best effort landed me in the finals. I got crushed by an obvious loophole.
This guy had drafted Sinestro Corp Ring, and apperently, at the time, notthing kept you from claiming the energies of the central battery.

hmm, i'd have thought that if the characters knew each other in the comic world it would translate to the tourney--think that's how it usually goes. characters who are completely unfamiliar to each other get just the basic knowledge of each other as they would in a forum battle. if two opponents know each other really well, that just adds to what needs to be taken into account. but of course it's curry's decision ultimately, that was just the assumption i was going under.
