It's really not. But let's say it is just for the sake of it. Earlier in the film Superman pulled Lois out of that falling space pod and simply turned her body away from the flames as they were engulfed. Now i can make the very likely claim that Superman has his "super protective aura" that has been established in the comics and this is what kept her from being burned. This aura could also be what kept her from being pulled in the black hole.
Also if you'll recall Lois was falling from space in a breached pod and was fine. No death from being in space, no being sucked out and/or not even a KO from the high altitude. And before you say it, no she was not wearing the air helmet at this point. She's either superhuman, or PIS riddled to begin with anyway you slice it
