His aura isn't visible so it wasn't seen. Just like many spells in HP aren't seen for instance. Would you also argue they didn't exist?

Again we see it in action just like we see characters breathing but we don't see air. We see two instances where he uses it to protect Lois. Unless of course you believe she is superhuman

I'm citing a known power of the character. You are trying to pretend it doesn't exist so you can ignore feats

The Aura is a known power in comics. It's never been stated or shown in MoS, so until it is, we just have to assume he's really durable.
