Truth is, Maul, based on feats and accolades, wastes Kas'im both as a duelist and martial artist and as a force adept.
Oh, Maul would win almost certainly. Because he's more powerful though. Not because he's more skilled. Which he isn't. Maul is a high-end master of multiple forms, but Kas'im is a high-end master of all forms. In terms of technique he leaves Maul in the dust.

A comparison in which you only take into account mastered forms is faulty.
You must have missed the part where I pointed out that he demonstrated far greater understanding and mastery of the forms than Maul. Also, isn't having more skills the very definition of being more skilled? 😉

Yeah.
On technical level, Maul brings nothing unique on the table in case of martial skills that Kas'im cannot anticipate or doesn't understand.

Dooku is only ''Master'' of one form... what, Kas'im is above Dooku too? Don't think so.
Dooku is only ever named a master of Makashi. But his training of Grievous in Labyrinth of Evil suggests at least a working knowledge of other forms.

Where did you prove that the skill gap was "far"?

Since Kas'im is master of all lightsaber forms and possibly martial skills on the whole, how do you think Maul can outduel him? Speed wise, Kas'im could move faster then even Bane could see.
Besides, Maul is also ludicrously fast.
