The writer clear writes "Everything is vibrations, really". That means healthy DS or dying DS is still made of vibrations.
The writer also writes that everything can be canceled out by their counter vibrations. ."..And counter-vibrations that cancel them out."
Comics are like cartoons in a way. This stuff isn't real and never happened. We should only go on what the writer is telling us vs. speculation. Anything other than that is making shit up.

No limits fallacy, much? If/when Superman sings out a healthy Darkseid from "existence", not just shattering what was left of him and effectively killing him, I'd rather not assume that Superman can sing his heart out and effectively destroy any being ever.

As high as Morrison undoubtedly was when he wrote Final Crisis, I don't think he intended Superman, under his own power, to be able to literally one shot kill any being. He certainly portrayed Superman's story, not his powers and abilities, as being virtually unstoppable, though.

He shattered what was left of Darkseid's form after Orion fighting him, the Omega Sanction striking him, the Radion bullet striking him, and Diana's lasso. Still highly impressive for Superman to eradicate what's left of his form, but it's kinda sketchy to assume he could do it on a blanket wide array of anyone trans or below, let alone when you factor in power sets and how they could defend against a sonic frequency/counter vibration based attack.
