Link physically overpowers several Gorons and a giant mutant super Goron proving he is stronger, lol. Also, I wasn't talking about Gorons, I mean actual rocks.

In the orders day world there is not one king who oversees the world. With technology no one can say such thing or just rule the world effortlessly without fear of being killed.He did attain his goals throughout the years. He did not attain them all. Ganondorf was foolishly taken and beaten. The Top then favored him and he was still defeated.
His goals were not the same as Ganondorf. His paths through history was far longer than Ganondorf's was. He also lived in a much more advanced worlds with harsher competition. It's like comparing Ganondorf dominating the junior varsity when we are comparing that to the NFL.
Longer, obviously, but doing all that he did in around 2,000 years takes the impressiveness away. 2,000 years to control wolf packs and having them attack places until WW2. He was taking on his goals at glacier speed.
Attacking civilizations is on the level of what pre-ToP Dorf was doing. Elected as a governor is not the same as forcible conquering.
