my advice for Snyder, go watch The Avengers, heck go watch X-Men: Days of Future to see how professionals do it

You don't think Snyder can handle a large cast and not being a professional? 😕

I agree, though, I think the Justice movies will be around Harry Potter long. Around 2 and 1/2 hours long.

Well, anything is possible. I've already admitted this could stink. I just have a feeling this will be good. Like I've said time and time, just wait and see.

I am. It's just a toss up atm between enthusiasm and a sneaking bit of dread.

The day Snyder takes lessons from Bryan Singer is the day the DCU dies in film.

He's already ruined enough movies already.

Man of Steel was a good 2 hours and 20 mins, so i'd expect the same in the next one.

Honestly I doubt he can handle a large cast which is why he should watch The Avengers and/or X-Men Days of Future Past, that way he can get pointers on how to give everyone time to shine

Well Singer has proven that he can work with a large cast.. something Snyder hasn't.. Directors take advice all the time from other directors so in this case all Snyder needs to do is watch The Avengers and X-Men: Days of Future Past to see how working with a large cast can be done and yet give everyone involved their time to shine ..

Singer made the first two X-Men movies and Superman Returns. Imo, he shouldn't be anywhere near these movies.

Singer did a great job with DoFP. Snyder could learn from it.

Having Ben Affleck should definitely help

Watchmen had a large cast and he handled that well. Actually, one of my fav. comic book movies. Enjoyed it more than MOS and even TDKR.

Yeah but he needed what... 3-3.5 hrs to do that right! That's really the amount of time you need to do such a large cast all justice Imho. Especially when they all need a back story.

They could also be doing it like the animated way but slightly different.

Didn't read the entire thread but I saw this out there.

Gal Gadot is the best Wonder Woman ever. Too bad they messed up on Lois.

No disrespect, but you are missing the point i am making here.. Both Singer and Joss Whedon can handle large casts which is something Snyder has shown he can't do well.. So why not ask and get advice from someone who has done it and did it well.. I have never said that Singer will be jumping ship and taking over for Snyder, all I am saying is that he should simply watch The Avengers, watch X-Men Days of Future Past and then ask them more questions so that going forward Snyder can make a good 2 and 1/2 hour, perhaps even 2 hour and 45 min film where everyone has their time in the sun...

^ When did Snyder show he can't handle a big cast?

Also I think the reason Pr wouldn't be confident in Snyder taking advice from Singer is because the first 2 X-Men movie didn't do the best of focusing on anyone but Wolverine. And with DOFP, that story and script was already done before Singer took over. It's actually Kinberg and Vaughn who did a good job of giving a large cast their due Imho. That and orders from Fox to make an Avengers type crossover movie.

I'm not missing your point; I just don't agree with it. Singer spent the first two enemies blowing Wolverine, so I don't trust him.

I don't see why Snyder can't handle a big cast, tbh. He's done ensemble movies before. And I think he's honestly a better director than Singer, all things considered.

Why would you think that I was kidding? She is the closest to what a real life Diana Prince would look like. She isn't Greek, but Israeli people can easily be mistaken for being Mediterranean. Plus she wasn't too bad in the Furious movies. With the MA training that she's going through, and the CG effects that will push her over the top, I really don't think that they could have found a better woman for the part. Who would you have used? Don't tell me Megan Fox? No American Actress would pull off the true accent better. Trust me, I listened to her voice, and I really believe that it will take her over the top on this one.

I don't see what's so bad about Amy Adams.

Don't compare Megan Fox to Amy Adams. Amy Adams is an Oscar caliber actress. Too bad she was wasted (for the most part) in MOS. Hopefully, she can get a meatier role in the next film.

No thanks, imo.

She isn't Lois brother.

With how crowded this movie is gonna be, I don't think she should have any more screen time than she did in the first movie. Make what she does have important, sure, but not at the expense of the others.

She might not be the best Lois, but I wouldn't say she's the worst either.

I wouldn't mind if she dyed her hair though, tbh.
