I'm not too concerned, because we have seen Snyder handle a lot of characters and succeed. Watchmen was actually a fine film with many, many characters.Besides, we shouldn't get too worried, because many of these characters are likely to be cameos only.
Too many cameos isn't a good thing either, imo.
I don't doubt that Snyder can handle an ensemble cast. He's done it before, like you said. What I'm speaking about is whether this is good for the DCU that they're trying to build. Too much too soon, etc.

Agreed I meant mostly the later seasons where they dealt with him being a Hero vs Super hero & with an established Batman that could be an amazing story to tell.I just have no faith in Snyder working on the Script, he is a very Bay like director and I feel like this will end up Superman vs a whole crap ton of characters with little story and it ending with Bruce fighting a depowered Clark to a standstill. The fact Warner Bros. have no plans past Mos3/JLA for spin offs is kinda embarrassing when Disney has a plan for 12 more years, Fox has atleast 4 movies on the slate and Sony is at 3 possibly 4 if the Venom is true.
Snyder isn't the head writer, though. He's the visuals guy, and that's where he excels. Even in his bad movies, the dude knows how to make things look amazing. He just needs a good script to ground him.
DC can't afford to make plans, imo. Not yet anyway.
I liked MOS, but I know it had faults. I'm just confident that they can improve.
Not sure, though, that too many new characters will help that.
