That's been so played out in the comics and cartoons. Save Darkseid for later on after a build up. They should go with Starro the Conqueror. Have him attack Earth looking for Martian Manhunter for some reason.

i would agree but since this is clearly a rush job to catch to marvel in a quick fashion they will go with Darkseid , IMO

Don't worry, 2017 seems like the target date. They'll have Darkseid (If they use him) before Thanos. On the other hand, Brainiac will be better.

Were likely gonna see Thanos in guardians so he wouldnt really be beating him to the big screen.

The way WB/DC are doing things i wouldn't be surprised if in the end of supes vs. bats they have an after credit scene with a darkseid cameo head turn.

Supes and Bats better not be eating Shwarma in a post credits scene

2017??? Seriously pushing it. It's 2014 and their going to bring us BVS on 2016 followed by JLA 2017? One of the reasons why IM2 sucked so much was because of the time crunch (2 years). But WB thinks they'll do can make a good flick out of JLA?

They moved Supes vs Bats back a year so they could shoot it back-to-back with Justice League. They have more than enough time.

Think you should have posted that in a CAP thread. Nevertheless it's box office success is well deserved. I'm always happy when a great movie has great success.

It's also beaten Thor 2 by quite a chunk, so he's officially the second most bankable Marvel studios character after Iron Man. I'm left wondering if it will beat TASM1 and 2. If he does he will officially be the 3rd most bankable superhero after Iron Man/Batman. He's already in the top 5 anyway.

Man Of Steel was a box office hit, but because it's a rebooted Superman it's performance is a special benchmark?

Let's just say Thor & Captain America have films that have all grossed in the same ballpark as MOS, slightly under or slightly over, so they are all pretty equal in popularity.
