Affleck looks like he's going for pure bulk and not worried at all about definition. Which makes some sense if they are indeed going for the older Frank Miller DKR look in the batsuit.
But I'd not be surprised if after he's done bulking, the studio gets him on a fat shredding regime to give him definition for the shirt-off scene we'll undoubtedly get.

if this is a older version of batman then I think the pure bulk is better then definition really.

Not really. I look forward to the new Dawn of justice movie coming out, but a MOS movie without multiple superheros in it to help raise profits is risky I think. Henry did a good job as a modern day supes but I don't think its enough to make a billion dollar movie. You can still have a successful movie even if it don't top a billion plus but I think D.C. is starving for the bigger money grossing movie atm. Do you see what im saying?
I think at this point D.C. needs that big push to top a billion dollars to not only financially help them out but as a moral victory DoJ might do that I hope.

I hope he's a hero. DC seems to be willing to attract bigger profile talent than Marvel for their movies and it would be nice to see Cumberbatch sticking for more than one movie.
That said, not casting him as Sandman is such a ridiculously big waste 🙁
