LXG is a travesty of a film.

Yeah....Sean hated the director on that film adaptation.

Finally saw Argo. I admit Affleck did well directing that movie but I personally see no connection or potential that he would be an ideal director for a superhero movie.

He was good at directing long mournful glances at himself.

Only if you've never actually read the comics in question. Most of them look quite similar. Aquman looks quite similar to hook Aquaman aside from skin and hair coloring. Wonder Woman addmitedly looks different. But then she traded her leotard for armor so that's probably for the best.
