Agreed. They should do a pre-emptive attack.

I'd assume they would release it in mid-late July. WB always seems to be the only company that releases a major blockbuster during that time period.

Releasing near an Avengers movie would be a horrible gameplan for them.

I think they should stay as far away from Avengers as possible, tbh.

agreed.. anyone hear any more rumors??

he most likely won't be in this but in the Batman solo film which I believe will happen who should be Gordon? What about who should be Alfred?

from Batman on Film through Latino Review, Bryan Cranston could be Lex for Batman v. Superman...

however... Mark Strong teases he is Lex...

If Mark Strong is teasing that then it's probably him. But I don't think that automatically makes the Green Lantern movie not part of the DC Movie verse they're creating.

I'm guessing the GL movie will be treated like the F4 ones.

i think what they might do is have someone else as Hal, but leave it wide open for the possibility of others like Kyle and John Stewart

Yeah but I think they'll do that but probably keep that movie as part of the timeline since they're not going to reboot it before a JL movie. And if they're serious about the Flash movie in 2016, then at least that will be four of the JL'ers set up in solo/duo movies.

But bit of a shame there's no plans for a Wonder Woman movie.

i think for wonder woman you need someone tall, maybe an unknown

It appears DC is willing to shed out big bucks for Bale just as Marvel is for Jackman.

Baleman would be perfect for DC.

Probably just a rumor.

But it would be a guaranteed Billion dollar movie if they got Bale due to the Nolan trilogy link. Heck with Superman as well it could make Avengers type money.

definitely if Bale were to return, Supes/Batman and Justice League would be back to back billion dollar films..

i do believe that the new actor who takes over, people will like. also believe the actor will be between the ages of 25-35..

Really? I don't think enough people care about Wonder Woman.

No one gave a flying **** about Iron Man before Downey Jr. came into the picture.

Don't want Bale back, unless they're going to drastically alter his Batman.

I don't get it. It'd be cool of course. But Nolan's Batman just won't fit in this universe. We need a revamped Ozymandias-like Batman with improved stylized fight scenes, and better tech.

Difference is that there's isn't a good history of female leads. It's stupid and I want a WW movie too but I don't think film investors are willing to make the risk.

Again, stupid but something something money.

I think now more than ever, a female lead would do well in a movie.

Look at the Hunger Games, for example.

The Hunger Games isn't really a good example. It's, as I'm sure you well know, based off a highly successful book series and caters to a very different audience than a Wonder Woman film would.
