That said it wasn't really Hathway's fault that the character was bad so much as it was the writers', and as far as body-type, there isn't as much of an obvious dissonance between Hathaway's build and Selena's... due mostly I think to the fact that she spends the entire role covered up anyway.

Oh, Pfeiffer was far better, no doubt. Hathaway was still far better than I expected her to be, though.

Henry Caville could be the best actor in the world, but if he was 5'5 and 110 pounds no one would say that his looks aren't important.

No, looks are important. I just don't think Gadot is so far removed from Diana that a good performance couldn't sell her as the character.

This may very well be the case and I'll gladly eat my words if I'm proven wrong. There would also be the side benefit of getting a cool comic hero portrayal.

However considering the most recent this she was in was Fast 6, I have my doubt.

Did anyone else notice the weird double chins both Cavill & Affleck had?
Cavill's face looks a bit more gaunt than MOS bringing focus to his double chin, while Affleck bulking up seems to have pronounced his double chin.

Honestly, she wasn't my first choice, not by a long way, but I just haven't seen enough of her to really decide whether I think she can do it or not.

Not really a fan of his looks tbh....its not bad but head could have used more spikes imo....

Alot of people aren't satisfied with his looks. He looks like a cave troll from LOTR mixed with a teenage mutant ninja turtle....while being in a video game. Honestly the CGI is the main thing that worries me about this movie. None of it looks good. Snyder needs to go easier with the cgi or just get people that are better at making it.

To me he really looks like a ripoff of Abom. That's all I think about when I see him. I can't ebekieve they didn't see this along with the fact they didn't need to reveal this much as people are going to be in the seats regardless of trailers.

Honestly my excitement for this has gone down loads. I wanted a Batman V Superman movie. Perhaps Batman recruiting WW and Flash to aid him in that knowing he couldn't possibly stand a chance on his own.

And then not just a Physical fight, I wanted a fight over morals, a propoganda war with Lex in the middle of it.

I didn't want Justice League vs Doomsday.

Think for now Civil War will be more my cup of tea, but we will see next year.

But if BvS doesn't fully deliver then WB should let Snyder go after this film IMO.

It doesn't look good. In other words, when you can look at something and see that it's obviously CGI, that's not good. MoS did a better job with it's special effects than this movie. HOWEVER, see below:

Yes, sometimes they spend the remaining months ironing out the "kinks"...so that is my hope. I hope they make the CGI look a little more realistic before the movie launches cause as I said, I don't want Clone Wars all over again.

CGI needs to be polished more, but thank goodness there is still 3 months left. CG is always getting worked on constantly and it's also the fact that CG is better viewed on the big screen than the small.
