I don't hate BvS wtf😬

I haven't seen the film. I didn't't care for MOS . And most things about MOS that I didn't care for are supposedly being embraced and augmented for BvS according to Snyder and Co.
That is what bothers me.
Also Golgos constant spaming and damage control.

Still the the super fanboys like Golgo and Abhi, H1, don't bother me too much. Keeps things interesting tbh.

A necessary evil🙂

I used a smiley, dude.

You do. Seeing as you said they are keeping the elements from MOS over to BVS.

Man of Steel was bad. Why can't you see that ?

Not only that but he got beat the entire film. Weak villain.

I know I think Zod should've been shown as a stronger villain

Audiences have responded well to MOS, seen as it continued to sell well on home entertainment. Some people not enjoying it doesn't change that.

Sure it wasn't recieved exceptionally well like Winter Soldier or GOTG, but it was received well enough.

please of course you will.. you believe everything c^mming out of that man's mouth .. the fact is the film cost $250 million dollars to make,,, there is nothing wrong with them spending that type of money.. afterall Marvel spent $250 million each on both Avengers films.. Civil War looks like that cost around $250 million but that number will be known in a matter of weeks,, Disney spent I believe $200 million on The Force Awakens..

It's expensive for sure, but really not that much out of the ordinary for a film costing 250 to spend an additional 150 on marketing.

TASM2 spent around the same numbers. And yes that was considered a failure, but it only grossed 700mill. Another 100mill and the TASM series most likely would have continued.

Plus WB probably figured they could afford to spend more due to the product placements. And let's not forget, the marketing might actually do its job, and get everyone in the theatres in 10days.[/QOUTE/]

These things I knew already ... but its always good to be reminded of them

Exactly. The GA liked it pretty well.

The GA also liked the Transformers franchise.

Every movie has a higher GA score than what the critics rated it. Doesnt meant they are good movies. Average at best. Same with MOS.

In your opinion. Which nobody asked. 😉

What's Average, Good or Bad is completely Subjective.

But as far as studios are concerned, what the GA pays for is what matters. Critical praise is seen as a bonus.
On its own however critical praise is kind of worthless. Just look at Superman Returns- Praised by critics, but didn't get much response from audiences. Result- no sequels, and Singer gets fired.

The point is, How much a movie makes at the box office or how many dvd/blurays it sells is irrelevant to the quality of the film.

Moving the goal posts doesn't make it so.
