True and our opinion was that his opinion about BvS was funny. we never said he didn't have the right to hold that opinion.
We should make this a drinking game, every time you see the work "opinion" take a shot.

If you put your opinion on a the internet in a public place. You'd be an idiot not to expect others not to see and react to your opinions regardless if they agree or not.
If that is something you cant handle then people need to get off the internet or stop giving their opinions in a public forum or public anything for that matter.

Then he made it clear he was serious. That blew my mind even further and is over the top crazy to me. TI naturally attacked me back because we all know he is a massive "Hothead". If hes willing to dish it , then learn to take it 😬
Ah I see. Looks like a simple misunderstanding might have got out of hand then.

Anyhow about your IM3 example. Yeah there has been other shitty movies like the Fantastic Four franchise, Batman & Robin, Amazing Spiderman 2, IM3 (this wasnt shitty because it was badly make. It was because the content and the story and portrayal of IM) Thats what made it bad for me.
The thing is you dont see super fan boys raving about those movies until this day like they were good movies. Everyone generally accepts that they are bad movies and moves on.
Or it could be those other movies are more Universally hated, whereas people are generally more split on films like MOS and BvS? Could put Age of Ultron in that divisive bracket too (although admittedly I've not heard many people all AOU utter crap).
In terms of the overall GA though I think IM3 having double the box office of MOS, yet MOS still somehow having greater Home Entertainment sales, says a lot about which movie more people left the theatres enjoying.

On the other hand, there are people that to this day still rave that MOS was a masterpiece and that its better than most super hero movies. Even though most know it was an average movie at best.
They all know it's just average? Really?
Or could it be more people have simply enjoyed MOS in the long run over films like IM3?

Same thing I see happening to BvS. People are claiming its one of the best movies ever, and I see this continuing for a long time just like MOS. Like I said you dont see continuous raving about Fant4stic. Thats why you dont see continuous shitting on that movie. If it ever comes up in a conversation then , yeah people will trash it.
Again could it be because Fant4stic didn't have a scene as cool as Batman attacking the warehouse? Or perhaps it didn't have a twist as bad as the one in IM3?

The thing is , no matter how shitty any of the DCU movies are or will be. People will always say they were good movies and support them because they are fans of the characters and want badly for the DCU to succeed. Even if that means convincing themselves that a shitty movie is good.
This just harms the DCU because the same people in charge of making these bad films will stay on board continuing making these bad films.
Really? Do people go on about how great Superman Returns and Green Lantern were? I remember I was furious at GL, because that was DC's first big attempt at a JL member that wasn't Batman or Superman, and they royally screwed it up. You guys seem to be putting this movie on the level of GL in terms of screw ups. If it were that bad I'd be furious right now.
Perhaps there is a bit of excitement in seeing Batman and Superman together, but perhaps people did just enjoy it, and they're not all just DC Fanboys.
It would be easy to turn all your arguments around and claim some of the more fanatic Marvel fanboys were just waiting to crap on this movie, and were overjoyed when the critics bashed it because they could cling on to that to "factually" say it was a bad movie. But that would be generalising. I do have my suspicions about a couple of the posters being like that, but am not going to generalise with that idea either.

Watched it again and my initial score was too high this movie deserves a 5/10Is it just me or are the action scenes really slow and clunky, especially the main batman v superman fight. Maybe I've been spoiled by the incredible fight scenes in things like Daredevil but I'm unimpressed. I understand batman and superman are a mismatch in a fight, but even DC television did a better more fluid job with the arrow flash crossover fight.
Even the Doomsday fight at the end seems like it was just done in front of a huge green screen.
The Batman v Superman fight was trash. I liked it initially but as soon as
Spoiler:
Kryptonite got brought in it just became boring.
However, I liked the DD fight.
Spoiler:
Though the SS aura was pretty stupid as was Superman's death.

The DD fight was good if only to see the superhero trinity side by side and finally some wonder woman action. Replace the iconic characters with regular characters and it's just a generic big monster brawl. Also the conclusion of the fight is unfulfilling and slightly disappointing
Spoiler:
I straight up didn't give a shit at Superman's death I was too busy being underwhelmed

You all gathered around in circle jerk to gather the hate for a great film.
Great films? The Dark Knight, Batman Begins, Iron Man, The Avengers, Winter Soldier....etc.
