No, it's not evidence as it's incredibly subjective and you can argue that Captain America is less skilled then Wonder Woman using this completely nonsensical and unsupportable stance. Wonder Woman is not class A skilled because she moves smooth, Catwoman moves smooth and while I wouldn't be surprised if she punked Diana in hand to hand, she isn't Class A material either.
So she has no feats of class A skill then? It'd be one thing if she consistently owned them but her being matched and stalemated by streets certainly hurts your case.

I don't agree, tbh.
I still believe that Diana is an incredibly skilled fighter, even to the extent that she's in Hercules' class. I honestly believe that her sparring with Canary and Batman is somewhat indicative of said skill.
That said, I wouldn't call it anything even close to fair.

The only reason it isn't 10/10 is that Herc would have a hard time taking her seriously as he is a womanizer.
1. Speed - Diana has the clear advantage.
2. Skill - Diana has demonstrated more versatility in her attacks.
3. Will - Diana is stronger mentally and would not buckle before Hercules.
4. Intensity - The Amazon is much more likely to brutalize Herc and in this fight that is all it takes.
