Link (Legend of Zelda) vs. Samus (Metroid)

Characters will be examined as composites (Omni-Link, Omni-Samus). Fight takes place in futuristic Hyrule.

I'm guessing Link doesn't start off with the tri-force.

Sure. Let's go with that to make it interesting. Triforce is a huge variable anyways.

Four Sword: Samus is used to taking on duplicates. Shouldn't be too much of a problem.

Defense, to knock away the seeker missiles. I doubt they could really damage Samus in her armour, though they could probably knock her around. The galerang in particular would be good for this. With four Links I could see it being hellish to actually get a missile through there.

Thought so, it's a cool image. Samus can fire five missiles, boomerang can have five targets. Assuming it doesn't break because magic, though the Gale could take bomb blasts.

Link calls three allies to fight, making it difficult to get any missiles through. 'K, Samus' ship nukes them from orbit.

Doubt they would really do any damage. They seldom do, if at all. As far as the galerang is concerned, doesn't Samus' suit in base form cancel out g-force, inertia, shit like that?

Power beam alone isn't gonna do it. As for the Triforce, it's still subject to speculation, but you're probably right about that. For the sake of the battle, he won't start with it, as COG suggested. Depending on the length of the battle, Samus will blow up the planet, Link will summon the Triforce, or both.
