I've only seen one series/season/whatever, but I'm curious. Where would the Doctor be?

The Docter isn't powerful because he wields powers but because he is very intelligent. Basically he is a prep god.

I am overall a bit confused where to put prep gods like Dexter (Dexter's Lab), Stewie Griffon, and the Doctor.

Dexter who knows he's going into combat should be meta with robots and shit, but if you just drop him into a fight he's bottom of low street, for example.

Riley and Huey should both be low. Though Huey is a good fighter he suffers from the same thing Stewie does which is size, strength and weight. He's taken it to adults before but any trained adult he either struggles or loses. The crazy killer wolf kung fu *****, Uncle Ruckus, Bushido Brown all either beat him or provided more than a challenge.

The Undertaker, and Chan are fine, the other I don't know of or haven't seen in a while (Dante)

I think the street levels need to be more fleshed out. The only person shown in mid street that Huey can beat is Stewie, who is someone I still think should be in low as well.
