For organization you guys should pick a character, list their feats and whatnot along with vulnerabilities and weaknesses if needed and then everyone votes on where they should be. Everyone can't vote on every character without knowledge of the character in question. Could start at the street level and work up.

No, you don't need a new thread for each character. You can briefly discuss them all here or in another thread.
Example: I think Mr. Bubbles should be mid street, he can fight off a group of armed thugs wielding knives, skilled enough to fight with his eyesight impaired and he has some good damage soak.
Someone comes in who agrees after hearing what they can do can put their vote towards it as well or they can disagree.
I think he's more of a low meta because of whatever reason and whoever chooses to vote can vote either way or give an entirely different opinion. Everyone voting on characters they know and like is just going to be a bad idea I think. I feel as if we should all get some general knowledge and see why they are being placed in their respective position.

If that's legacy of Kain, Kain then he's at least mid, and MAster Chief as well as Wesker would be low Meta, I'm assuming that Chief in the suit.
