The point was NOT to include comic characters seeing as they've already been figured out.

I think having at least one comic character on each tier would be okay, as a kind of primary example of what the tier holds.

Can also serve as our own little homage to the comic tier itself.

I guess that makes sense. I would probably just put the name of a prolific character next to the tier title. Example: High Herald (i.e. Superman, Thor)

Well we don't know what kinda situation she was in prior to going into the vents. She might have been charged by 50+ Cerberus troopers, levitate won't work on that many people.

I'll need help picking out characters that define their tier then. Real middle of the road characters. Not top ends like Thor, or Spider-Man.
