I stated this before in this very thread, hulk has faced many adversaries who on paper had the clear advantage due to their unique/exotic powers and abilities yet he still has wins over them. That is the point. So Hal is no exception, he is not above any of marvels high heralds. There is nothing Hal can do to severely hurt Hulk. And the op made a mistake by allowing hulk to go world breaker which is ridiculous because Hal wouldn't even be able to defeat WWH.
