And yes, Vader has moved his lightsaber with invisible speed multiple times before.

The shell of power he has...and the alchemy enhanced armor w/the dark side is what is giving
him the ability to even attempt to go...toe to toe with a True Jedi Master....
I have to give it to Vader...he takes a beating...and comes back stronger than ever...
in appearance...his mind is still tormented from the defeat Obi Wan Kenobi gave him....

Vader gained quite a bit of agility back by the final chapter of his life. He could use it if he needed it, but he rarely needed it because of his master class defense and quick hand speed. Windu is fast but Vader getting tired from using the force while battling I highly doubt. He fought off over 10 Jedi in one mission with just the force and his light saber without tiring. Vader would have to much at his disposal than Windu would. Windu may get some decent strikes in but in the end Vader would have Windu's head.

10 jedi? I read that...did you also know that The Emperor made up that lie to cover Vader's loss and
the 501st intervention which saved Vader from an early death?
When they write about Vader in novels and comics why do they fail to mention he uses acrobatics?

alright looking at this duel from another angle...Vader has alot of open targets...getting past his
defense won't be hard and it won't be easy...either but the challenge of it all is just fun.....
his control boxes on his chest and the two that's on his belt...
his tank on his back....destroy those and he'll be forced to use the Force to keep himself alive while using his TK assaults and Force speed.
you can't say that tactic won't tire him...because it will.... force him to make mistakes...
overcalculate his chances of an easy victory.....
his armor alone will trigger Mace's shatter Point...And there are weakness in all armor....
even Vader's....
I have alot of ways this duel tips to Windu's favor....
If you really want to make this duel great and legendary come without the 501st.....
The only way Vader wins this duel is with a timely intervention of the 501st....
